Subject	Is the belly pan on a 96 different than on the rest?

Message	My 96 slick top did not come with the belly pan installed. Upon closer inspection I could tell that it had ripped off at some point as on of the "legs" was still bolted to the car. When I went to install and old one from my 93 (since it has the ZSpeed version installed) I noticed that there is not a hole in the radiator support for the leading edge of the belly pan to attach to the radiator support. So basically nothing would have held in place except for the trailing edge of the front splash shield. Doesn't seem right - is this normal for 96?
